So who’s the creative mind behind all this…

I am Monica Simpson, owner of Uni’k Enterprises,LLC. I created the site because I often became frustrated with visiting networking site (such as MySpace and Facebook) in an attempt to find ways to entertain myself in such an (what’s a good word????) exciting city (smile). So I created a one stop shop. Anything that is anything will be on this calendar.

Although the calendar is VERY popular, the Blog page is getting just as much attention…I secretly think my alter ego is Carrie Bradshaw (freelance writer on the movie Sex and the City). Most of the blogs are about events and issues that are brought to me by other people. I do a little altering to keep the confusion down. I’m not a messy writer..I don’t believe in airing peoples dirty laundry…Little Rock is way too small for all that…So your secrets safe with me.

And how do I know so much about human personalities????? I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (I still love those Dillard University Blue Devils!!!!). I am a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc (shout out to all the D’s)…I am the mother of the Lovely Lauryn Ashley Pendleton…I’m have two dogs, Precious (a toy Maltuse) and Rocki (A cocker spaniel)…I’m a daughter, a sister, an educator, a friend…this list can go on for days…I have a BIG ego…LOL…All this qualifies me to blog, blog, and blog some more!!!!
